Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement dashboards to track key business metrics and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with compliance, product, and operations teams to build data solutions that meet business needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Proven ability to influence business and product strategy through data insights
• Experience building dashboards for internal stakeholders with a focus on regulatory compliance
• Fintech or regulatory compliance experience is a plus
