Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to identify operational revenue cycle performance improvement opportunities through data analysis and communication with decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize revenue cycle data and statistical methods to enhance operational performance and suggest improvements
• Identify user needs and product requirements for Operational Analytics tools and facilitate their design and implementation
• Support decision makers with advanced data analysis and maintain project timelines for various initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, or a business-related field
• 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a physician billing or hospital environment
• Expert level proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in data science tools such as STATA, Python, or R, and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
• Strong project management skills and experience in Six Sigma or similar process improvement methods are preferred
