Key Responsibilities

Analyze user behavior, liquidity trends, and trading flows to shape growth strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities and measure impact
Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to drive data-informed decisions

Required Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, quantitative research, or statistics
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with SQL and/or Python (or R)
Deep familiarity with on-chain data structures, DeFi protocols, and AMM mechanics
Proven track record of designing and maintaining dashboards and ETL/data pipelines
