Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve operational reporting solutions in partnership with Talent Acquisition and other teams
• Create innovative, self-service reporting tools using the latest technologies
• Collaborate with business partners to provide insights and data trends

Required Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and/or T-SQL, SAS/Snowflake, and data visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau
• Proven ability to interact with customers and build effective reporting solutions
• Experience in communicating data insights clearly and effectively
• Self-starter with collaborative skills across various organizational levels
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
