Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data and Business Intelligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business data to assess trends and produce insights that improve performance
• Champion process improvements and best practices in Security Operations and Product Support
• Maintain databases, validate data, and develop reporting logic for ad-hoc and routine reports

Required Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Operational Business Intelligence and Analytics
• Familiarity with operational data sources, KPIs, and SLOs/SLAs
• 5-8 years of scripting experience, including Python and SQL
• Ability to collaborate in a geographically-dispersed team
• Experience with data modeling and database management
