Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst (Customer Experience).

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets related to agent performance and support interactions
Design and evaluate LLM agents and implement evaluation pipelines for response quality
Automate data tasks and optimize workflows using Airflow and Python

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a data analyst in a data-heavy environment
Advanced SQL skills, preferably in BigQuery and/or ClickHouse
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Metabase
Understanding of Airflow and modern data pipelines
