Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive insights and strategy for their Subscriptions and Accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to define KPIs and track the customer lifecycle across acquisition, engagement, retention, and churn
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to design behavior tracking and data models for subscription product performance
• Conduct analyses to identify trends and opportunities for growth and retention in the subscription base

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL and production-quality code
• 5+ years of experience in experimental design and statistical analysis, including A/B testing
• 3+ years of experience implementing custom tracking in a Customer Data Platform
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Experience with client-side analytics and tagging tools like Google Analytics or Amplitude
