Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to connect support performance to business outcomes
• Conduct exploratory analysis to identify under-performance in the Support organization
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement and test preventative product solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• A degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as economics, psychology, computer science, or statistics
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL
• Experience with large datasets and building reports using business intelligence tools
• Strong statistical understanding of online testing methodologies
