Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret large recruiting datasets to provide insights on various recruiting metrics
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor recruiting performance and diversity hiring goals
Lead projects utilizing predictive and advanced analytics to evaluate the impact of recruiting strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Mathematics, or Statistics
5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in human resources or recruitment
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Excel, including Macros and PivotTables
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS data
