Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary analytical advisor to Operations leadership, shaping strategy and defining excellence in a data-driven way
• Understand operational workflows and synthesize efficiency, quality, and cost narratives for the executive team
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical leaders and mentor the wider team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, fulfillment, or customer-centric environments
• Strong business acumen with a consultant mindset to understand metrics' impact on P&L
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in modern BI tools like Looker and Tableau
• Ability to present findings confidently to senior leadership and challenge popular opinions with data
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and turning vague problems into structured investigations
