Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large recruiting datasets to provide insights on pipeline health and metrics
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor recruiting performance and goals
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and lead projects leveraging predictive and advanced analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics)
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in human resources or recruitment
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Excel, including Macros and PivotTables
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS data
