Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their Care Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze care and clinical data, developing reports and actionable insights to improve patient experience
• Collaborate with various teams to define and track core business and care KPIs
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support daily operations and long-term planning

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an analyst with expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience using dbt for data modeling and Looker for building dashboards
• Familiarity with statistical experimentation and A/B testing principles
