Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve behavioral and retention analytics, including event tracking and churn analysis
• Build and maintain a unified customer view throughout the customer lifecycle
• Develop scalable data models, dashboards, and self-serve analytics

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in data/analytics roles, preferably in high-growth or subscription environments
• Strong experience with modern data stacks (e.g., BigQuery/Snowflake, dbt, BI tools)
• Deep expertise in retention, behavioral analytics, and experimentation
• Hands-on, strategic operator capable of executing and guiding long-term data strategy
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
