Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Payments Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to improve payment-processing efficiency and reduce operational risk
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and measure new strategies and enhancements to the platform
• Conduct thorough investigations into payment-related issues and maintain detailed documentation of payment processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payment operations or a similar role within the fintech, banking, or payments industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or another analytical field
• Proficiency in analytical tools and software for data analysis and reporting (e.g., SQL, Python)
• Strong understanding of payment systems, including ACH, card networks, and emerging payment technologies
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR and AML is a plus
