Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive product and business decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of user behavior and trends using statistical methods and predictive models
• Develop and standardize product metrics aligned with company OKRs and conduct cohort analysis
• Design and execute experimental strategies, including A/B tests, to influence product roadmap decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 3-5+ years of experience with product and customer analytics, particularly in B2B/SaaS
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and programming languages like Python or R
• Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau, and modern data stacks
• Understanding of experimental design and A/B testing methodologies
