Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, ServiceNow Developer & Power Apps Expert to lead data management and analytics efforts for a federal healthcare program.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and workflows for VHA healthcare systems
• Create and implement Microsoft Power Apps solutions to enhance data collection and reporting
• Analyze data using advanced models to identify trends and present insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of data analysis and governance experience, including 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
• Master's degree in a relevant field or Bachelor's with additional experience
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI
