Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst to develop analytical insights for healthcare claims data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop analytical solutions to provide actionable recommendations for organizational initiatives
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and insights, while monitoring data integrity
• Create dashboards and present findings to stakeholders, translating insights into strategic recommendations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of analytical work experience with healthcare claims data
• 5+ years of SQL experience
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Familiarity with statistical software or programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SAS, or SPSS)
