Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth analyses of customer usage, product adoption, financial performance, and operational metrics
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and clients to validate model results and deliver actionable recommendations
• Create advanced dashboards and interactive reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau to support executive decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5-8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data warehousing
• Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and in customer-facing roles
• Strong track record of delivering insights that influence business and product strategy
