Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst specializing in HR Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and evolve success measures model and roadmap for the Agentic Talent Experience (ATE) team
• Design, build, and deliver Impact Reports in collaboration with Program Managers and Go-To-Market SMEs
• Manage program surveys strategy and support research initiatives with the People Analytics team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or analytics functions
• Strong experience managing HR data and/or analytics
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Slides
• Ability to manage ambiguity and work effectively under pressure
• Experience mentoring or partnering with interns or junior staff
