Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, RCM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage complex financial models to evaluate the impact of new payer contracts and fee schedule changes
• Lead investigations into systemic revenue leakage and identify trends causing underpayments or denials
• Translate detailed data into strategic insights for the Executive Leadership Team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years in Healthcare Data Analytics focused on the revenue cycle
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and Power Pivot
• Mid-level SQL skills (CTEs, Window Functions, Stored Procedures, and Query Optimization) preferred
