Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and migrate healthcare data while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve data issues
Develop and update technical documentation for data conversions and support data governance

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience working with healthcare data and EHRs/EMRs
2+ years of experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field
High technical proficiency with database concepts and data privacy regulations (HIPAA)
Prior experience in EHR/EMR conversions and familiarity with HL7 standards
