Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior or Lead Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis using structured and unstructured data to enhance Customer Experience (CX)
• Collaborate with senior leaders to initiate strategic projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention
• Partner with multi-functional teams to analyze industry data and trends for informed decision-making

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or
• A Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of five years of analytical work experience, or
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, or Python, along with Tableau or Power BI
• Experience demonstrating analytical, statistical, and technical methods using multiple data sources
