Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst - Clinical Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define core Clinical Services performance metrics and design scalable reporting frameworks
• Build and maintain dashboards for real-time operational visibility and automate reporting processes
• Act as a liaison between Clinical Services and centralized Analytics teams to ensure metric alignment and support analytics needs

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or services-based analytics
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools like Snowflake, Looker, or Tableau
• Proven experience in building KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems
• Familiarity with value-based care or population health preferred
• Experience working in hybrid embedded and centralized analytics environments preferred
