Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to assist customers in exploring healthcare data and improving population health while reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor the team in best practices for data handling and review deliverables for quality
• Create analytical reports and design workflows on the Data Activation Platform, ensuring compliance with standards
• Monitor and tune workflow configurations for high availability in production environments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an analytics role within a data services/product firm
• Strong knowledge of SQL for ETL and familiarity with scripting languages like Python
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science; advanced degree is a plus
• Ability to mentor junior team members and implement industry best practices
• Experience in managing multiple high-priority customer engagements simultaneously
