Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support data products and analytics in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive insights and decision support within the Retail Intelligence team, collaborating with technical and business leaders
• Mentor junior analysts and lead teams in data analysis, fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Communicate findings and recommendations through reports and presentations to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, preferably in the retail sector
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI; familiarity with Python and Scala is a plus
• Experience with AI tools and methodologies, such as prompt engineering and generative AI
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
