Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst 4 to support complex reporting, data validation, predictive analytics, and ETL processes in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze health management programs, including data collection, validation, and outcome measurement
• Create and generate reports using MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL, and interface with senior management and stakeholders
• Assist with training lower-level Data Analysts and handle multiple projects and timelines effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Strong expertise in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and ETL processes
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Active Batch and Control M
• Familiarity with data manipulation and cloud infrastructure
