A company is looking for a Sr Data Analyst to join their analytics team and provide actionable insights that improve patient outcomes and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service tools for performance visibility
• Define key metrics and KPIs in collaboration with leadership
• Perform deep-dive analyses on patient populations and provider performance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare or healthtech
• Strong proficiency with SQL and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Experience with healthcare data such as claims and EHR datasets
• Deep understanding of value-based care models
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights for stakeholders
