Key Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on data capabilities and promote best practices
• Produce high-quality analyses and dashboards to provide actionable recommendations
• Work cross-functionally to analyze internal data and support strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field; Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Experience managing BI/analytics tools, preferably Metabase
• Proven ability to influence strategy through data analysis
