Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large-scale national Medicaid datasets using SQL and Python within a Databricks environment
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to translate complex data into actionable insights for policy evaluation
• Collaborate with data engineers and policy stakeholders to enhance data accessibility and analytical workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus at least 8 years of experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of experience
• Proven experience with healthcare data structures, particularly in public-sector programs
• Expert-level knowledge in SQL and Python for data transformation and analysis
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based analytics platforms, specifically Databricks
• Demonstrated expertise in creating data visualizations using Amazon QuickSight or Power BI
