Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst (Labor & Employment).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide internal and client-facing analytic and data visualization solutions
• Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources, generating statistical analyses and visualizations
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to present findings and develop data-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Four years of experience as a Data Analyst, Software Engineer, or in a closely related role
• Experience with statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (e.g., R, SAS, STATA, SPSS)
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like R, Python, and Excel
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
