Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior or Lead Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis using structured and unstructured data to identify opportunities for improving Customer Experience (CX)
• Collaborate with senior leaders in Claims to initiate strategic projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
• Partner with multi-functional teams to deliver impactful projects by analyzing industry data and trends for strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
• Proven experience using analytical, statistical, and technical methods to solve complex business problems
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, or Python, along with Tableau or Power BI
