Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Early Onboarding & Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding lifecycle by driving data strategy for the first 90 days of the customer journey
• Manage and evolve High-Value Actions (HVAs) to track metrics and validate behaviors correlating with long-term retention
• Operationalize predictive models by partnering with the Data Science team to create actionable nudges and experiments

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, focusing on product analytics, growth marketing, or customer lifecycle management in a SaaS environment
• Expert-level SQL and Python skills, with experience in Snowflake and Tableau
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel to analyze user behavior and retention cohorts
• Experience using Git/GitHub and modern AI-coding environments to automate data workflows
• Proven track record of designing and interpreting A/B tests and causal inference models
