Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Growth & Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Demand Model to predict customer growth and ARR
• Drive analyses into channel performance to improve ROAS, CAC, and LTV:CAC ratios
• Lead the design and execution of A/B tests to optimize conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis focused on growth marketing or acquisition analytics in a SaaS environment
• Expert-level skills in SQL and Python, with experience in Snowflake, DBT, and Tableau
• Experience handling semi-structured API data from marketing platforms
• Comfortable using Git/GitHub and modern AI-coding environments
• Strong background in experimental design and causal inference models
