Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead the development of its analytics practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement analytics strategy to measure product health, business performance, and coaching outcomes
• Design and build data transformation pipelines and integrate data from multiple sources into a cohesive model
• Perform strategic analyses on complex datasets and create actionable insights and visualizations for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineering, or data science
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with Python
• 1+ years of experience with dbt, Snowflake, or similar technologies in production environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-stack analytics projects from data engineering to reporting
• Passion for health and wellness, with a belief in the power of data to improve performance and outcomes
