Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior or Lead Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced analytics to inform strategic and operational decisions across health benefits programs
• Lead complex analyses and build predictive and statistical models using integrated data sources
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience, or a degree in a quantitative field with three years of experience
• Strong understanding of business processes in healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits
• Experience developing and maintaining complex SQL queries and analytical programs (e.g., SAS, R, Python)
• Advanced experience with predictive and statistical modeling using large datasets
