Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Product Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform operational data into actionable insights to drive service performance and operational efficiency
- Design analytics frameworks and develop scalable reporting for strategic decision-making
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements through analytics-driven insights and support process enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or operations analytics, preferably in SaaS or product support
- Strong technical skills in SQL and advanced data analysis using Python or R
- Experience with data warehouse environments such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Familiarity with BI and visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce or Jira
