Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support the implementation of an Enterprise Data Warehouse & Analytics solution for the State of Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and State subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Lead walkthroughs of requirements documentation and obtain formal approvals
• Execute MAR and T-MSIS cycles, including validation and reconciliation activities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience eliciting, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements
• 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry, focusing on data warehousing or data analysis
• 2+ years of experience managing project controls, including issues and risks
• Proven experience with SQL and BI tools like Power BI and/or Tableau
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
