Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst focused on RevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the pre and post-sales motion across account management, customer success, and RevOps to drive business value
• Track and report on critical post-sales metrics, including customer health, renewal risk, and expansion revenue
• Lead key analytics projects and derive actionable insights to enhance retention and expansion performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Data or Business Analyst
• Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with Looker/Tableau and Excel/Sheets
• Familiarity with key post-sales metrics such as NRR, GRR, churn, and expansion rate
• Experience working with Salesforce, specifically account objects and renewal tracking
• Bachelor's degree in Data, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field
