Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their Data team as a strong mid-level individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional analytics projects and partner with various teams to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Design, build, test, document, and maintain data models and dashboards for reliable analytics
• Monitor and troubleshoot data quality, ensuring accurate reporting and insights for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong SQL skills, including complex joins and performance-aware query design
• Experience with insurance, healthcare, or related data environments
• Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical requirements and technical deliverables
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and the ability to own projects independently
