Key Responsibilities

• Discover insights and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives in staffing forecasting
• Support research and analysis to enhance agent performance and optimize contact center savings
• Collaborate with partners to leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis for strategic improvements

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
