Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Data Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for building automated reporting across various departments, utilizing SQL and reporting tools, and ensuring data quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable, automated reporting across Operations, Growth, Compliance, Health Plan, Risk Adjustment, and Clinical Quality
• Use SQL for ad-hoc data inquiries and develop analytic pipelines with user-friendly interfaces
• Collaborate with engineering to design ETL processes and maintain high data quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with healthcare data
• Proficient in SQL; familiarity with Git and dbt is a plus
• Strong understanding of healthcare data ontologies (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, etc.)
• Experience in developing longitudinal patient analyses and dashboards in Power BI or similar platforms
• Track record of working in cross-functional teams, ideally in value-based care or managed care environments
