Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Data Analyst, a full-time salaried position responsible for supporting data analysis related to insurance systems development, managing user stories, and collaborating with various business functions to ensure effective data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the VP of Insurance Enterprise Data in the development of new systems and technologies
• Conduct technical and business analysis of data to aid in data-driven decision making
• Manage the backlog of user stories, ensuring clarity and timely deployment of solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in data analytics or data platforms
• Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance and related data elements
• Basic SQL skills and understanding of ETL code and logic
• Experience with various data architectures such as Data Lakes and Data Marts
