Job Summary

Senior Data Analyst, responsible for forecasting claims staffing and utilization trends, monitoring job requisitions, and developing tools and processes in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast claims staffing and utilization trends in the corporate planning system
• Monitor job requisitions and summarize findings for business leaders
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize processes

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
