Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Data Analyst provides full-time analytical support to the Commercial Lines Claims organization, focusing on staffing models, budgeting, and strategic insights while allowing for remote work with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver insights and recommendations to inform strategic and operational decisions within the Claims organization
• Own the production and enhancement of staffing models and reports to improve accuracy and insights
• Lead the budgeting and planning process for people-related costs in collaboration with leadership

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
