Job Summary

Senior Data Analyst, a full-time position responsible for driving analytics to enhance customer self-service support, improve AI initiatives, and optimize decision-making processes across various support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the analytics roadmap for self-serve support, automation, and tooling
• Design and maintain dashboards and analyses to provide insights on performance metrics
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate pilots and experiments, ensuring sound measurement plans

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related analytical roles
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel; knowledge of Python and AI tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Math, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and work independently
• Strong capability in building relationships and collaborating across teams
