Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst, the full-time position will develop and lead performance measurement and analytics for sponsorship and event programs, establish KPIs, and deliver actionable insights while collaborating with internal stakeholders and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex analyses and create reports to identify trends and support strategic business decisions
• Partner with marketing and business leaders to define analytical needs and deliver actionable solutions and reporting
• Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and testing, proactively identifying and resolving data issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science)
• 5+ years of professional experience in analytics, with 1+ year in corporate strategy, preferably in Financial Services
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
• Experience with data querying, validation/testing, and building repeatable reporting
• Working knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow)
