Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Data Analyst will collaborate with the Specialty Care team to define KPIs, track outcomes, and conduct exploratory analyses that inform strategic decision-making and program development.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with Specialty Care Operations to define and evolve key metrics and KPIs
• Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to monitor member engagement and clinical outcomes
• Conduct exploratory analyses to address emerging business questions and identify trends for program improvement

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools
• Expertise in SQL and familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools
• Experience with Looker or similar data visualization tools
• Strong user empathy and ability to translate stakeholder needs into effective solutions
• Proven ability to manage priorities and dependencies in a fast-paced environment
