Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will develop business intelligence solutions, analyze claims and operational data, and ensure high data quality to support AI-enabled decision systems while collaborating with business and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business intelligence tools, dashboards, and data visualizations for claims operations initiatives
• Conduct analyses to identify operational patterns and performance trends within claims processing workflows
• Design and implement data normalization processes to integrate data from multiple operational systems

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles
• Experience with healthcare payer data such as claims and operational datasets
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools for large datasets
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Azure Synapse
• Experience developing dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
