Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support Clinical Programs, the full-time remote Senior Data Analyst will analyze data and processes, develop statistical models, and create actionable insights to inform client and program strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Utilization Management and Case Management activities through the development of KPIs and benchmarks
• Develop statistical models to deliver insights on cost, utilization, and clinical outcomes
• Build and maintain client-facing reports, dashboards, and analyses while managing internal and external client requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, preferably in a managed care setting
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft SQL Server Suite of Products (SSMS)
• Advanced data analysis, financial modeling, and predictive analytics skills
• Experience with Business Intelligence applications and developing client-facing reports
