Job Summary

To enhance patient outcomes, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will manage data collection, analysis, and reporting, focusing on trend calculations and business needs while working remotely from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships to improve patient outcomes through active participation in workgroups
• Perform intra-data analysis and quality measures to ensure compliance with data quality standards
• Prepare and present data analytics to site leadership and clinical teams, facilitating understanding of data functions and definitions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field
• Typically requires 5 years of experience in data management or analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with relational databases
• Ability to perform complex reporting and create detailed analytical reports
• Knowledge of basic statistics and data presentation techniques
